ADHD Retreat is a specially designed wellness experience for adults with ADHD and their supporters. We create a nurturing environment where neurodivergent minds can thrive, learn, and connect.
Our retreats combine evidence-based practices with holistic wellness approaches, offering a unique blend of relaxation, education, and community building.
Our retreats are carefully crafted experiences that balance structure with flexibility, adventure with tranquillity. We understand that ADHD minds need both stimulation and rest, so we've designed a programme that honours these needs.
Located in beautiful natural settings, our retreats offer a chance to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, understanding environment.
Experience therapeutic sound baths and gentle movement practices designed to regulate the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
Learn about the connection between nutrition, gut health and ADHD management through interactive workshops.
Yoga sessions specifically designed for ADHD minds, broken into shorter segments with a focus on anxiety management.

Carefully chosen group activities designed to build connection and provide practical ADHD management tools.
